Hive Lash Lift Shields – LARGE give a natural curl with a curve for long, straight, very curly, and course lashes, whereas clients with hooded eyelids would benefit from this size shield as using a small would lift the lashes catching the clients’ eyelids.
Depending on the length of your client’s lashes, eye shape, lid shape, and look the client wants, you can use different size shields to create a beautiful lift.
What can affect the lift is using the wrong size, as many people believe that the bigger the shield, the bigger the lift, but this is not true.
The shield’ width can be trimmed in length using scissors to enable the perfect fit on your client’s lash lid.
SRF TIP:
If the client has hooded eyelids, attach some 3M Micropore Tape 1.25cm x 9.1 Meters to the inner and outer lid and gently lift it to hold in place.
Small – This size will give a glamorous, dramatic curl to the eyelashes and is excellent for short to medium lashes. Using this shield on hooded eyes would lift the lashes too much and catch the clients’ eyelids.
Medium – Can achieve a fantastic lift and curl on medium length, thick or coarse, very straight, and curly lashes. Great for hooded eyes.
